We are proud of our multi-cultural community with 24% of students with a language background other than English and 7% of our students are born overseas. Offering distinctive learning curricula, modern facilities and extensive co-curricular music, sporting and faith programs to inspire each student to achieve their best in the classroom and beyond. Included in the tuition fees, subject academic tutoring is timetabled after hours and provided on campus by our teaching staff. Tutoring is well attended by both high academic achieving students and students requiring extra support.
Our professional teachers make it their personal goal to ensure that each student can achieve academically in the classroom and via after school tutoring. From STEM to Business, Social Sciences, VET and the Arts, there is a subject to prepare every boy for their tertiary pathway. Each student is supported by a mentor in their Lauries Journey which represents the passage that each boy will take seeing him grow from a young boy into a gentleman.
To ensure that every international student who comes to us on a Visa 500 or Short-Term Study Experience feels valued, safe and their culture is respected, the College offers a dedicated International Student Coordinator who is on-call 24x7 to offer assistance along with a Assistant Head of Faculty EALD who will continually monitor and support each student’s academic outcomes. 24x7 support is extended to students and their homestay families and to our families who relocate together from overseas.
We genuinely care about our students, their academic journey and welfare. Please contact the College to discover how we can support you.
